    Yes, tile showers are one of our many specialties. We have a dedicated team of tile installers who focus solely on tile showers. We also coordinate the plumbing appointments for our clients to save them time and money, as any tile showers requires plumbing work to be completed. We also provide the seamless glass doors for tile showers which eliminates yet another vendor. Flowers Flooring is truly the one stop shop of tile showers.

  1. Can I purchase product but not the installation from Flowers Flooring?
    Absolutely. We have customers come into the showroom all the time that have already contracted with another flooring professional who does not sell flooring. We can order the flooring for you and you can have it installed by the Flowers Flooring installation experts, or another expert of your choosing.
  1. What forms of payment do you accept?
    Flowers Flooring accepts cash, check and major credit cards. We also have financing options available.
  1. Do you offer 0% interest financing?
    Yes, Flowers Flooring works with Synchrony Bank to provide 0% interest financing options to our customers who want to space out their product and installation payments.

    Absolutely. Flowers Flooring has skilled estimate technicians in the field who will provide you with a detailed estimate of your project. We laser measure rooms so our estimates are quick and easy. Most importantly they are always free.
  1. What are your showroom hours?
    Flowers Flooring is open Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are also open Sunday by appointment only.
  1. Do you offer product samples?
    Yes, we provide samples of many of the products we carry in the showroom. However, if we do not have a sample for you to keep, we can lend you the product sample board to view the product in your own home and/or office. We always encourage people to take home a sample or product board to see how the product looks with your décor and your lightening. A floor is going to look very different in the showroom than it is in your home.
  1. Do you offer design services?
    Yes, free design services are part of Flowers Flooring expertise. We love helping clients find the perfect floor that fits their budget and décor.
  1. What is your return policy?
    All flooring is warrantied if there is a defect in the product. However, once your product is ordered customers will incur a restocking fee if they decide they don’t like the color or texture. No service fee is charged for defective product.
  1. Is your showroom handicap accessible?
    Yes, the Flowers Flooring showroom is handicap accessible. There are no steps or large curbs hindering the entrance.
